Alternative marriage portraits.

The photographs used to make these prints are stylized impressions of my great-grandparents' marriage portrait. In both prints, the original portrait is visible on the wall in the background. Laura, the female model, is wearing the same dress my great-grandmother originally wore.

With this project I tried to explore the meaning, but mostly the flexibility of time and family.
